Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us 7 days notice to cancel appointments. No-shows will forfeit full reservation deposit. 

Reservation deposits must be paid to secure the appointment slot. Reservation deposits are strictly non refundable. Full deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of service.

Rescheduling of appointments must be done 7 days prior to the appointment. Client will receive text and email reminders (unless opted out). Failure to reschedule within the time policy will result in forfeiting deposit and appointment slot.

For Safety reasons and insurance purposes, no children may accompany an adult while they are receiving services. We love children, and we hope you understand!

For safety and for the privacy of our other guests, we have a no guest policy.
